I discovered throughout my career that as businesses scale up, they get overwhelmed with the needs of defending the efficiency of existing product lines at the expense of satisfying current users with value-added incremental improvements and future users with new adjacency innovation.  In many cases, some brands tend to launch more products than can be reasonably sustained financially in their channels of distribution.



I created Consumer Catalyst to help brands delight consumers and drive results through brand evangelism and innovation by identifying their true brand voice, building their market, energizing the passion in their consumers, and developing new revenue streams.
